I provide Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) for adults and young people with a wide range of mental health presentations and emotional well being issues. I have developed a special interest in Compassionate Mind Focused therapy, which is predominantly for shame based issues, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a trauma focused integrative psychotherapy. I am also a qualified counsellor and provide clinical supervision.

I have worked in both the voluntary and public sector. I have worked for the NHS working first as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner before moving on into a specialist CBT post.
I have a broad range of experience including working across all age ranges and with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures and belief systems. I am personable and able to build effective working therapeutic relationships with good therapeutic outcomes.

I offer psychotherapy on many common mental health conditions including; depression, anxiety, stress, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphia disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (excessive worry), low self esteem, phobias, eating issues, sexuality, health anxiety, panic and agroaphobia, grief, loss amongst other mental health presentations.
I have also provided individual therapy, group work, professional consultation within the NHS, delivered CBT training to the local university and couple and family work.
